Responsibilities
- Execute heavy lifting, material handling, and equipment operation under night shift conditions
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Maintain clean and organized job sites with proper waste management
- Operate power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills) and heavy machinery safely
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet nightly production targets
- Perform preventative equipment maintenance and basic site inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction or labor experience
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Flexibility to work 10-12 hour shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) with overtime potential
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for night shift reliability
