Responsibilities
- Execute precision concrete pours and foundation work under night conditions
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with advanced certifications
- Install structural steel components and MEP systems
- Implement OSHA-compliant safety protocols on all job sites
- Coordinate with skilled trades teams for seamless project execution
- Perform site preparation and earthwork operations
- Conduct quality assurance inspections during night shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years commercial construction experience
- Night shift availability with proven track record
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Class A CDL preferred
- Expertise in blueprint interpretation and layout
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds consistently
- Welding/fabrication skills a plus
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
