Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Assist carpenters and masons with material staging and cleanup
- Perform concrete work including pouring, finishing, and form setup
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and project timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during night operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Experience operating heavy machinery (bobcats, excavators preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction safety protocols
- Flexible schedule availability for night shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Basic math skills for material calculations
