Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts and excavators (certification provided)
- Assist carpenters and masons with concrete pours, framing, and finishing
- Maintain strict OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Perform equipment maintenance and site cleanup operations
- Read blueprints and technical specifications accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme conditions
- Class B CDL preferred (training available for qualified candidates)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment operation skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Nashville metro
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
