Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, excavators, dump trucks) with proper certifications
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Assist skilled tradesmen with carpentry, masonry, and concrete work
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance checks
- Complete daily progress reports and time sheets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- Valid O-10 excavation certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme temperatures
- Class B CDL license preferred (training available)
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to North Phoenix industrial sites
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
