Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and earthmoving operations per blueprints
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with OSHA certification
- Install and remove construction site safety barriers and signage
- Mix concrete, pour foundations, and finish surfaces
- Load/unload materials using forklifts and overhead cranes
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and safety inspections
- Adhere strictly to nighttime safety protocols and visibility standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Class B CDL license with air brake endorsement
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Proficiency with power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills)
- Strong understanding of construction math and measurements
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Availability for 10PM-6AM shifts, weekends as needed
