Responsibilities
- Execute physical labor tasks including material handling, site preparation, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely under night shift conditions
- Assist skilled trades with concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and job site procedures
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Support equipment operation including forklifts and excavators (training provided)
- Perform quality control checks and documentation tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or equivalent training
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and overtime as needed
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Experience with concrete/masonry operations preferred
