Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts (certification provided)
- Install concrete forms, rebar, and structural frameworks per blueprints
- Perform quality checks and safety inspections throughout shift
- Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with skilled tradesmen on complex installations
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and work in extreme temperatures
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Experience with concrete, masonry, or structural steel preferred
