Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist skilled trades with layout, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job site conditions
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints
- Participate in team meetings and progress updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Flexible schedule availability for night shifts (5 PM - 3 AM)
