Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and material handling under night shift conditions
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) and power tools with strict adherence to OSHA protocols
- Perform site preparation, cleanup, and hazard mitigation during overnight operations
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise implementation of project specifications
- Maintain equipment logs and report maintenance needs to site supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience or equivalent vocational training
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and basic construction equipment
- Flexible availability including weekends and extended night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
