Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily operations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Perform minor digging, leveling, and site preparation duties.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety (OSHA preferred but not required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
