Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and material handling operations
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with proper certification
- Install/repair concrete structures, scaffolding, and safety barriers
- Maintain site cleanliness and organize construction materials
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional crews on complex builds
- Document daily progress and equipment usage logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred
