Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, foundation work, and structural framing during night operations
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools safely
- Maintain job site cleanliness and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and equipment setup
- Complete daily shift reports and quality control documentation
- Participate in emergency response protocols for weather-related delays
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience or equivalent vocational training
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic blueprint reading skills and measurement proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during critical project phases
