Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) under supervision
- Install scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and curing operations
- Conduct daily site inspections and hazard mitigation
- Maintain equipment logs and inventory management
- Collaborate with cross-functional trades teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme conditions
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, welders)
- Class B CDL preferred but not required
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical & drug screen
