Responsibilities
- Execute heavy lifting, material handling, and excavation tasks with precision
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery including jackhammers, saws, and drills
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and site preparation
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work zones
- Read blueprints and technical specifications for accurate project execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet aggressive night shift deadlines
- Perform site inspections and report structural issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience or trade school certification
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency with hand tools and powered construction equipment
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during overnight shifts
- Pass pre-employment physical and background screening
