Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including running conduit, stripping wire, and terminating connections.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and comply with safety regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Use hand and power tools correctly and safely to complete assigned tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Attend regular safety training sessions and adhere to all OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Equivalent educational background preferred.
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a clean driving record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with measurements and basic calculations.
- Reliable Transportation: Must be able to commute to job sites in the Cleveland area.
