Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and equipment operation on construction sites
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and site preparation tasks
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts)
- Complete daily safety inspections and incident reporting
- Adhere strictly to project timelines and quality control protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during night shift operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification required (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
- Availability to work 40+ hours/week on rotating night shift schedule
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
