Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, framing, and demolition tasks under night shift supervision
- Safely operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery
- Maintain organized job sites through material sorting and debris removal
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with skilled tradesmen on complex structural builds
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Support underground utility installation and foundation work
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurement and task estimation
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Denver metro area
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Experience with hand/power tools preferred but not required
- Strong commitment to punctuality and night shift reliability
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
