Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling operations during night shifts
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA-certified precision
- Install structural frameworks, scaffolding, and temporary utilities per blueprints
- Maintain strict safety protocols and conduct equipment pre/post-shift inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet aggressive project deadlines
- Document daily progress using digital reporting tools and maintain job site cleanliness
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory management
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Fort Worth/Tarrant County
- Flexible availability for rotating night schedules (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow verbal/written instructions
- Preferred: 6+ months construction experience or trade school background
