Responsibilities
- Assist in various construction tasks including loading, unloading, and cleaning work sites.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company guidelines strictly.
- Prepare construction sites by digging, moving materials, and setting up equipment.
- Collaborate with the crew to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in construction labor is a plus but not strictly required.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physically fit, able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must have reliable transportation.
