Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks during night shift hours
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws, and power tools) under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, including debris removal and hazardous material disposal
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and post-shift progress reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work nights (6 PM - 6 AM) with flexible scheduling
- Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment
- Strong teamwork ethic and communication skills
