Responsibilities
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely under night conditions
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Excavate, dig trenches, and prepare construction sites
- Mix concrete, pour foundations, and finish surfaces
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with tasks
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal throughout shifts
- Complete daily inspection reports and maintenance logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in physically demanding conditions
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Louisville metro area
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety first principles
