Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in site preparation by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up temporary work areas.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
- Mixing & Pouring: Mix concrete, mortar, or other materials as directed by the foreman.
- Hand Tools: Operate hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and levels, to support framing and finishing tasks.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets project specifications and quality standards.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and safe job site by disposing of waste properly and organizing tools after use.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for 8-10 hours, including heavy lifting (up to 50+ lbs) and standing on concrete.
- Experience: Previous experience in construction labor, masonry, or general handyman work is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Driver's License: Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record are required.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and willing to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Safety Conscious: Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and the ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
