Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Ensure the work site is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Unload and stock materials at the beginning of the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to the job site in Miami, FL.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus.
