Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pours, structural framing, and site excavation under night supervision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools
- Maintain strict OSHA compliance and site safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Assist skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with material preparation
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and site cleanup operations
- Document work progress and material usage in digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Class B CDL license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Flexible schedule availability (evening/night shifts, weekends)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
