Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, concrete pouring, and framing tasks
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts safely
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Maintain OSHA compliance on all job sites
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades
- Inspect materials for quality and structural integrity
- Manage site cleanup and waste disposal protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification
- Commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong understanding of NYC building codes
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background check
