Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks on commercial sites
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with precision
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job site layouts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment checks
- Collaborate with skilled trades (carpenters, masons, welders)
- Document progress via digital site logs and inspection reports
- Assist in blueprint interpretation and layout implementation
Qualifications
- 2+ years construction experience with night shift preference
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid Class A driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Strong communication skills for team coordination
- Willingness to obtain additional trade certifications
