- Support skilled trades with basic tasks and site preparation
- Operate machinery like forklifts and jackhammers after certification
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass background/drug screening
