Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Follow project blueprints and verbal instructions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety and efficiency
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress updates
- Support material loading/unloading and inventory management
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with valid ID
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Basic understanding of English for safety communication
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Tucson
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (company-sponsored)
