Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup tasks
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials/equipment
- Support concrete work, demolition, and basic carpentry operations
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks and reporting
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work nights (6 PM - 2 AM) and weekends
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimates
- Commitment to safety and teamwork principles
