Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment
- Load/unload construction materials and transport supplies to designated areas
- Perform general labor duties including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to site supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience requiredâtraining provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Willingness to work flexible night shift schedules (typically 7 PM - 5 AM)
- Basic understanding of verbal English instructions
