Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, carrying, and manual labor tasks at construction sites
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and equipment operation
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Follow instructions from site supervisors to complete daily tasks
- Participate in site preparation and cleanup activities
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work night shifts (typically 7 PM to 7 AM)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites in New Orleans area
