Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervisor guidance
- Assist carpenters and tradesmen with layout, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and physically demanding tasks
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Valid driver's license with clean record (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Must be available for overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
