Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Assist skilled trades with loading/unloading materials and equipment operationMaintain a safe work environment following OSHA guidelines
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Read and interpret basic construction plans
- Participate in team-based project execution
- Report safety hazards to site supervisor
Qualifications
- No experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to submit to background check
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
