Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Load/unuck construction materials and maintain job site cleanliness
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.)
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying
- Complete daily safety inspections and reports
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Basic math skills for material measurements
