Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various construction tasks on the job site.
- Load, unload, and transport heavy construction materials to and from the site efficiently.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and air compressors.
- Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and safe at all times, adhering to OSHA standards.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in the setup of forms and framing materials.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work night shifts (typically 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the office.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols and willingness to wear PPE.
