Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and setups.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and correctly according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Perform basic site preparation, including cleaning debris, digging, and leveling.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow written and verbal instructions from site supervisors to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and physically able to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Previous construction experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
