Responsibilities
- Execute earthwork, concrete pouring, and structural framing under night supervision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts with proper certifications
- Inspect and maintain job site safety protocols including trenching and fall protection
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precise material placement
- Collaborate with cross-functional crews to meet tight project deadlines
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance logs for optimal workflow
- Adhere to OSHA standards and local construction regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience with night shift exposure
- Valid OSHA 30 certification and forklift operator license
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Willingness to obtain additional certifications as needed
