We are looking for hardworking individuals who are ready to get their hands dirty and contribute to major infrastructure and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment, including forklifts, skid steers, and pallet jacks, as required.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters and electricians, with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Perform manual labor tasks, including digging, hauling, and lifting heavy objects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous construction labor experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety protocols.
