Responsibilities
- Execute night shift construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate heavy machinery safely (bobcats, forklifts, jackhammers)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications precisely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines
- Perform preventative equipment maintenance and daily inspections
- Report hazards and maintain detailed work logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
