Responsibilities
- Operate heavy construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and distribute materials to various job sites accurately.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall hanging, and finishing tasks.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety diagrams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work site at all times.
- Perform general site cleanup and waste disposal as directed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
- Experience with basic construction tools is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) and weekends as needed.
- Strong adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
