Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with proper certifications
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Assist in material handling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Complete daily inspection reports and quality assurance documentation
- Support emergency response procedures during overnight operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification required (training provided if needed)
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Experience with power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and hand tools
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for material calculations and measurements
- Availability for flexible weekend shifts during project peaks
