Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pours, structural framing, and finish carpentry under night supervision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Install/inspect scaffolding and fall protection systems
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for precision execution
- Maintain job site safety protocols and equipment hygiene
- Coordinate with foremen and cross-functional teams for seamless workflow
- Document daily progress and material inventory reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification mandatory
- Valid California driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills)
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM, Mon-Fri)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Spanish bilingual preferred for team communication
