Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation during night shifts
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, jackhammers) and hand tools with precision and safety compliance
- Assist skilled tradesmen in carpentry, masonry, and concrete pouring operations
- Maintain job site cleanliness, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet tight deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience or relevant trade certification
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM) with consistent attendance
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory management
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
