Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, demolition, material handling, and equipment operation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and site-specific protocols
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material preparation and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery with proper certifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Maintain organized work areas and report equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or equivalent training
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Drug-free workplace compliance required
