Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) and physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Assist with excavation, demolition, and debris removal operations
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic understanding of construction site safety standards
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions and flexible overtime schedule
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with zero tolerance for tardiness
- Ability to read basic measurements and follow verbal instructions
- Previous construction or warehouse experience preferred but not required
