Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using hand trucks, dollies, and forklifts.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various on-site tasks and installations.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure the construction site is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols strictly.
- Perform basic site preparation, including excavation, leveling, and debris removal.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in construction labor or general labor is highly preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and weekends as needed.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
