Responsibilities
- Execute manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to safety protocols
- Assist skilled trades with equipment setup and material staging
- Inspect work areas for hazards and report issues immediately
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and inventory checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
