Responsibilities
- Operate heavy construction equipment and power tools (forklifts, jackhammers, generators) safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks and storage yards.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with framing, concrete pouring, and finishing tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform minor site cleanup, debris removal, and waste management.
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors to ensure project specifications are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended shifts, including lifting 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and stand for long periods.
- Valid Arizona Driver's License and reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols; OSHA 10 preferred but not required.
