Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation and cleanup operations
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with precision
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and installation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions meticulously
- Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
- Perform concrete work, framing, and demolition tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction/labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for 10 PM - 6 AM shifts (Sun-Fri)
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Steel-toe boots and basic hand tools required
